Pattison Canadian International Field Set

The post position draw for Saturday's $2 million Grade I Breeders' Cup Win and You're In Pattison Canadian International just took place at Woodbine Racetrack. The International will go one mile and one half on the E.P. Taylor turf course and headlines a Saturday program that features two other Breeders' Cup Win and You're In Turf Races, the Grade II Nearctic Stakes and the Grade I E.P. Taylor Stakes.

Nine horses were nominated for the 73rd running of the International and here's how the field will enter the gate:

1. Memorial Maniac
2. Chinchon
3. Mores Wells
4. Simmard
5. Al Khali
6. Marsh Side
7. Joshua Tree
8. Redwood
9. Fifty Proof

Four horses in the field ran in the Grade I Northern Dancer Turf Stakes presented by VTech. Redwood won the race over Fifty Proof, while Memorial Maniac finished fifth and Marsh Side finished eighth in a nine horse field.

Saturday should be a great day of racing and Woodbine has also put out a $100,000 guaranteed late pick four. Check back later in the week for selections on the biggest races from Woodbine on Saturday and my imaginary late pick four ticket, for what it's worth.
