Massive Saratoga Pick Six Payout

Saratoga Race Course paid out four winning pick six tickets $377,883 during yesterday's program. The payout is one of the biggest I've ever seen. The carryover heading into yesterday's card was over $400,000 and, according to the Daily Racing Form, over $1.9 million was bet into the pick six pool yesterday. The winning combination in races five through 10 was 5-2-5-4-4-10. Anyone who got five out of six races correct won $983.

There will be plenty of action for pick six bettors today as both Saratoga and Del Mar start the day with big pick six pools. Although Saratoga will have no carryover, the New York Racing Association (NYRA) guarantees a $100,000 pick six pool for Thursday racing. Del Mar has a pick six carryover of over $90,000 heading into today's program.
